Return Application Period
You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Orders exceeding the return period will not be processed for return.
Return Conditions
The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and retain its original packaging and labels.
Accessories and gifts (if any) must be returned together.
Monopadco reserves the right to refuse return applications that do not meet the above conditions.

Submit a return application.
We will reply within 2 business days and provide a return address and return guidelines.
Please be sure to properly pack the product and return it according to the return guidelines to avoid damage during transportation that could result in a non-refundable item.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the goods and confirm they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
The refund will be returned to your original payment account.
Return shipping costs are usually borne by the buyer, unless there is a quality issue with the goods or the wrong item was sent.
